Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management specializing in Project Governance to ensure effective project oversight and delivery
Job Description
Lead and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards Monitor project progress risks and issues to maintain alignment with business objectives Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support project planning and execution Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability Analyze project metrics and generate reports for senior management review Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project governance structures including steering committees and review boards Define project policies procedures and best practices to guide project execution Oversee risk management processes and ensure timely mitigation strategies Coordinate with project managers to validate project deliverables and milestones Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate project compliance and performance Provide training and mentoring to project teams on governance principles Support decisionmaking by providing accurate and timely project information to stakeholders
