SAP Project Manager AMS Services

As a Service Delivery Manager for a large SAP AMS program at LTIMindtree, your role will involve: - Being responsible for the overall engagement, including budget management, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, service continuity, team motivation, and ensuring qualitative and timely delivery. - Acting as the Single Point of Contact for AMS Services subjects for the customer. - Providing consolidated management reporting to the Customer and LTIM leadership on service performance. - Collaborating with the Sales Delivery Management team to drive add-on sales. - Ensuring the delivery of AMS services meets contractual service levels. - Managing the delivery of services and other agreed deliverables, including specification, estimation, planning, control, acceptance, SLA compliance, and implementing procedures and processes. - Prioritizing engagement, identifying and assigning resources for service activities. - Driving End-to-End problem, change, release, capacity, performance management, and reporting.
