No unsolicited agency referrals please. Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities: Manage a team of 25 members supporting SAP S/4HANA, EWM, Process Integration, Portal, BODS and RMCA solutions. Partner with client in delivering successful SAP roll outs, transformation of SAP landscape and implementation of business/IT driven projects. Deliver continuous Application Management Services, maintain and report Service Levels, work with client in developing Tech. Plans based on client s strategic planning. Exhibit outstanding quality, competence and objectivity in delivering the best services and solutions to fully satisfy client objectives. Identify risks and mitigations associated with project delivery, and work with project stakeholders in reviewing and implementing the mitigation plans. Manage and report project status, issues/actions and risks/mitigations to key stakeholders. Work closely with clients, partners, developers, functional consultants, delivery managers from onshore and offshore locations. Perform People Manager duties such as coaching/mentoring reporting members, periodic performance assessment and appraisal, and promoting teamwork. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Qualifications: 18+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years of program management experience. Experience in managing S/4HANA and satellite SAP systems. Must have demonstrated the ability to modernize SAP solutions. Working knowledge of waterfall and agile software-development lifecycle methodologies. Have a good understanding of Quality Assurance processes. Good understanding of SAP business processes (Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Recruit to Retire, Design to Operate) and SAP solutions used in realizing these processes. Confident collaboration and communication skills to influence key stakeholders. Hands-on experience with one or more SAP functional modules.
