Provide contribution in project execution according to agreed objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Support the execution of activities for the project seeking positive outcomes. Work on organizing and collecting the business requirements and feasibility analysis sessions along with the current UMG team in Procure to pay business processes. Work with the UMG PTP team on building the application architecture and integration design documents. Work on creating functional specification documentation. Make the necessary system configuration changes to align to agreed business requirements. Work with UMG SAP developers to provide necessary inputs for custom development. Support unit and functional testing in the SAP development and QA systems. Create user training documents and support the training of the users. Support UMG business users during user acceptance testing and work with the technical team for the data migration, cutover and deployment. Support the UMG business during post go-live hyper care by resolving post go-live issues. Establish relationships with UMG information technology and business team members and management to align to UMG company goals and objectives. Experienced in SAP S/4HANA indirect procurement processes, solution design, configuration and full project lifecycle. Strong experience in custom procurement functions solutions with integrations of SAP ERP with other procurement applications such as Coupa, Ariba, formerly SAP SRM, or BTP vendor portal services, etc. Strong project experience in managing the custom development lifecycle from a functional perspective (solution design, functional spec writing, work with developers on the technical specs, testing, troubleshooting, work with business users, light ABAP debugging experience is beneficial) Music Entertainment industry experience is a plus UK business hours coverage needed from off-shore.
