Role Overview: As a SAP Pre-sales senior solution architect at NTT DATA, your core responsibilities will include leading SAP Pre Sales activities, winning large and complex deals in Projects and AS/AMS areas, building GTM offerings strategies and solutions, developing customer relationships with SAP Product teams, driving sales opportunities from initiation to closure, and delivering best-fit customer solutions with optimal estimations. You will also be required to provide technical and business consultative leadership during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle for large enterprise ERP implementations. Acting as a subject matter expert on S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP product suites, you will serve as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle of SAP S/4HANA solution implementations. Your expertise should extend to providing process solutions in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including integration with other SAP ERP Modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP Pre Sales activities and win large and complex deals in Projects and AS/AMS areas - Build GTM offerings strategies and solutions - Develop customer relationships with SAP Product teams - Drive sales opportunities from initiation to closure - Deliver best-fit customer solutions with optimal estimations - Provide technical and business consultative leadership during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle for large enterprise ERP implementations - Act as a subject matter expert on S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP product suites - Serve as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle of SAP S/4HANA solution implementations - Provide process solutions in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including integration with other SAP ERP Modules - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to plan account strategies, develop content enabling the sales team to qualify, position, and demonstrate SAP service offerings to prospects and clients - Engage with customers through executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions - Articulate the business value of SAP solutions through tailored presentations and demos - Identify solution options, evaluate pros/cons, make recommendations on best solution strategies - Create business requirements documents along with high-level solution design diagrams - Shape conversations with customers and stay updated on SAP product roadmaps and trends - Assist in proposal development and building business cases for cloud migration - Deliver customized demos and presentations - Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery with SAP's technical and implementation teams - Monitor market and competitive trends in the SAP cloud landscape - Train other members of the pre-sales team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules - Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills - Ability to translate technical details into business language and value-driven solutions - Experience in industries like manufacturing or Life Sciences is preferred - 15+ years of experience in SAP pre-sales and solution architecture Join NTT DATA, a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, and be a part of shaping the digital future confidently and sustainably.
