Skill - SAP PPQM Consultant Experience - 6 to 15 Years Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Delhi Overall 6 to 13 years of SAP work Experience with 3 to 4 years of domain / Industry experience. Minimum 4+ Years of SAP Experience in SAP PP,QM & PM Should have worked as end-to-end SAP Functional Solution architect for at least 2 Projects. Should have worked on S/4 Hana, Fiori, and SAP Best Practice Experience in Solution Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support of SAP PP, QM and PM functions. With experience in integration of SAP PP and QM processes with relevant SD, MM, WM, FICO functions. Detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality in S4HANA for PP, QM, and PM domain. Should be able to design and configure the processes in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Industry, Repetitive Manufacturing Should be able to design and configure Demand Management, MRP and Shop floor control process. Should be able to design and configure the processes in Inspection Planning, Results processing, Certificate management, Notifications, Test Equipment management, Reporting etc., Should be able to design and configure the processes in Technical Objects, Notifications, Order Processing, Preventative Maintenance planning and Work Scheduling Should have good functional knowledge in Batch Management, Variant Configuration, X-Steps, Interfaces, IDOCs etc. Functional Locations, Equipment, Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Items and Plans, MROs, Contracts Knowledge in the plant maintenance related to - Preventive, Breakdown, Operational, Calibration, pool asset management, shift notes/ reports, work clearance management, permits. Knowledge on the RICEFW objects Expertise in one or more verticals, which include Energy & Utilities , Manufacturing, Auto, Pharma, BFSI, Metals, Telecom Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities first client meeting/solution pitch / RFP response / RFI response/presentation etc. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. Translate client objectives and requirements into solution concept for specific deals, based on offerings and capabilities. Exhibit subject matter expertise within Application Management Support business line to develop innovative and out-of-box solutions. Business Travel:Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants. General Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels Need to be a team player Bachelor or Master degree Willingness to travel Able to link the business wish to an IT solution Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
