SAP PP Stream Lead

As an SAP PP professional, you will play a vital role in delivering complex S/4 transformations to multinational clients in an international setting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients during the template design phase, guiding your team of consultants, ensuring client expectations are met, and overseeing successful project delivery up to the go-live phase. Your expertise in S/4 transformation projects, knowledge of new capabilities, and experience in working with global teams will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead S/4 transformation programs in the SAP PP and QM area - Collaborate with clients to define transformation strategies and roadmaps - Guide clients through template definition and value realization - Ensure successful project delivery and go-live - Provide expertise in integrations into APO/IBP/MES - Work with offshore colleagues and lead a global team - Engage with clients at different levels and provide guidance on process variations - Utilize tools like Signavio and Celonis for process optimization - Demonstrate stakeholder management skills in complex environments - Embrace autonomy, teamwork, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset Required Skills/Experience: - Proven experience in S/4 transformation projects as a stream lead in SAP PP and QM - Familiarity with S/4 new capabilities, such as Advanced Variant Configuration - Knowledge of integrations into APO/IBP/MES is advantageous - Proficiency in delivery methodologies like waterfall, hybrid, and agile - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, including C-level executives - Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize options for guidance - Fluency in German and English is mandatory - Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry processes - Positive attitude, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement Join us at Wipro and be part of a forward-thinking organization that values reinvention and empowers individuals to shape their careers.
