Mapping business requirements through Quick Gap Analysis; understanding business process, studying analysing workflow to design solutions (AS-IS, TO-BE). Preparing detailed process flow for functional requirements and creating validating master. Configuring the SAP system in-line with the Business Blueprint to suit the Business requirements. Ensuring smooth coordination with the Development Team for development customization. Imparting training support to end-users on system functionality; supporting clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with teams in Integration and Acceptance testing. Played a significant role in interacting with the end users and resolved the day-to-day problems of the users while rendering production quality related support. Effective in understanding cutover processes as per business. Troubleshot the users complaints regarding SAP PP/CRP, end-user training and its documentation's and provided user manuals for the users.
