Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 14 years of experience in Murex Functional testing, based in Bangalore/Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have good exposure to Murex functionality, mainly on BO, and a strong understanding of FI, IRD type trades.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for small to medium-sized changes.
Build test scenarios based on client requirements and define test strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and provide support to junior analysts.
Adhere to general test practices and Murex-specific test best-practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Analyze and report defects, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Murex Functional testing.
Good understanding of Murex functionality, particularly on BO.
Strong knowledge of FI, IRD type trades, and global markets.
Experience in test planning and defining test strategies.
Ability to build test scenarios based on client requirements.
Strong understanding of test practices and adherence to them.
Experience working with stakeholders and prioritizing work.
Must be able to assist junior analysts in their daily tasks.
Experience in MXtest / ONYX is a plus.
Knowledge of other Murex modules like Market Risk, Credit Risk, Accounting, etc.
