SAP PP Consultant

We are currently hiring for SAP PP Consultant for one of our Esteemed Clients. Selected candidates will work as a Permanent Employee of Intelliest & would be Deployed to the Projects of the Client.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP modules to optimize manufacturing and production processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP PP modules including MRP, Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, and Production Orders.

Analyze and optimize production planning and execution processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as SAP MM, SD, QM, and PM.

Support discrete and process manufacturing environments.

Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP functionality and data flows.

Participate in global rollout projects, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and support.

Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Knowledge of integration with MES systems and external interfaces.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certification in PP or S/4HANA.

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or FMCG domains.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing technologies.
