Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions within the PP module.
• Configure master data : Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, and Routings.
• Implement and support Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing processes.
• Configure and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Capacity Planning.
• Handle Production Orders, Order Confirmations, and Shop Floor Control activities.
• Integrate PP with MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.
• Support S/4HANA Production Planning features such as MRP Live, Advanced ATP, and embedded PP-DS.
• Prepare functional specifications, perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and provide training to end-users.
• Work with ABAP and technical teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  

Technical & Functional Skills

• 8+ years of strong experience in SAP PP configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Manufacturing or migration projects.
• Expertise in MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.
• Experience with Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Shop Floor Control.
• Knowledge of PP-PI (Process Industries) and PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) is an advantage.
• Experience in data migration (LSMW) and custom enhancements (User exits, BADIs).
