SAP PM Functional Consultant

Job Description

Role Overview: As SAP PM professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP PM implementations, support engagements, and optimization projects. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP PM to analyze complex business requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP PM implementations , upgrades, and support projects. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM configurations and customizations. Design and implement solutions for Preventative Maintenance , Corrective Maintenance , and other PM-related processes. Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI). Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP PM processes and configurations. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior SAP PM team members. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAP PM issues . Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and optimize SAP PM utilization . Stay updated with the latest SAP PM technologies , best practices, and industry trends. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Deep knowledge of SAP PM configuration , customization, and integration. Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Preventative Maintenance , Corrective Maintenance , and other core PM processes. Strong understanding of SAP PM master data and transactional processes. Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SAP PM reporting and data analysis. Preferred Qualifications: SAP PM certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM . Knowledge of industry-specific best practices in SAP PM. Experience in managing SAP PM projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with mobile solutions for SAP PM.
