Job Description

Primary Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM module, including configuration, implementation, and support Expertise in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment processes Experience in setting up and managing master data, including functional locations, equipment, work centers, and task lists Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, notifications, work orders, and maintenance execution Experience with integration of SAP PM with MM (Material Management) for spare parts management and procurement Understanding of SAP PM integration with SAP FI-CO for cost tracking and internal orders Hands-on experience in configuring maintenance strategies, service contracts, and warranty management Strong knowledge of SAP PM reporting, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Secondary Skills Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Plant Maintenance processes and user experience improvements Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA innovations in Plant Maintenance Experience with IoT-enabled predictive maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 concepts Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for troubleshooting and custom enhancements Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for SAP project implementations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with business teams and end-users
