SAP PLM Senior Specialist

As a SAP PLM Senior Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions. Your duties will include understanding the organization's business requirements, preparing as-is to be, making configuration changes, handling data conversion processes, training end users, and addressing day-to-day queries. You will manage the PLM System to facilitate and track product development from concept through production. Your role will involve estimating, designing, and delivering solutions independently, along with documenting functional and design specifications, as well as development requests. You will need to identify gaps, issues, and provide work around solutions while collaborating with stakeholders such as Business and IT clients onsite and offshore. Additionally, you will participate in upgrade activities and effectively communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy SAP-based ERP solutions - Understand and prepare business requirements, make configuration changes, and handle data conversion processes - Manage the PLM System for product lifecycle management - Estimate, design, and deliver solutions independently - Document functional and design specifications, and development requests - Identify gaps, issues, and provide work around solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders onsite and offshore - Participate in upgrade activities and communicate project status effectively Qualifications Required: - Solid SAP configuration experience in SAP PPM and PDM areas, including knowledge of Opentext, DMS, and Workflow - Expertise in customizing and delivering functional specifications for enhancements of SAP PLM solution - Experience in PLM modules like Recipe Development, SAP Specification Database, SAP Document Management, SAP Engineering Change Management, SAP Workflow, Bill of Materials, and Data Migration - Experience in working with interfaces and integrating with 3rd party systems - Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects - Excellent communication skills As an employee of NTT DATA, you will be part of a $30+ billion business and technology services leader committed to accelerating client success and positively impacting society through responsible innovation.
