Job Description

Job Role : SAP PaPM

Experience Required:

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead or support
end-to-end SAP PaPM implementations
from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
analyze financial and operational data
, identify performance drivers, and design profitability models.
Develop, configure, and test
PaPM functions, models, and environments as per business requirements.
Perform
data modeling, validation, and integration
with both SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Deliver
profitability and cost analysis insights
to drive strategic business decisions.
Prepare
functional and technical documentation
, including user manuals, test scripts, and training materials.
Work closely with
Finance, Controlling, and IT teams
to ensure seamless integration with related systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, BPC).
Support users during
UAT, production deployment, and ongoing enhancement cycles
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum
4+ years of hands-on experience
in Profitability and Performance Management.
At least
one full-cycle SAP PaPM implementation
experience.
Strong understanding of
profitability analysis
,
cost allocation
, and
financial performance metrics
.
Expertise in
data modeling
,
ETL
, and
system integration
.
Proven ability to
analyze complex data
and translate it into actionable business insights.
Excellent
