Description
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science As an SAP OTC Consultant, you are responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable. You ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and FICO, implement credit risk management, and maintain master data accuracy. Additionally, you handle compliance, reporting, testing, user training, and post-go-live support to enhance OTC operations. Must-Have Skills: Design, configure, and optimize the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable. Manage sales order processing, ensuring seamless order creation, fulfillment, and delivery. Define and maintain pricing procedures, discounts, and tax configurations. Configure and oversee billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial postings in SAP FICO. Implement credit checks and risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure. Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, FICO, and other relevant modules. Maintain customer master data, pricing conditions, and material data for accuracy. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, resolving OTC process issues. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and generate reports for sales and revenue tracking. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for continuous improvements. Good-to-Have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Experience - Knowledge of OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori apps and innovations. SAP SD Pricing & Rebates - Expertise in advanced pricing, condition techniques, and rebate management. Integration with EDI/IDoc - Experience in handling Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and IDoc processing for order management. Credit & Risk Management - Understanding of SAP FSCM for credit scoring and risk assessment. Revenue Recognition (SAP RAR) - Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for compliance.
