SAP Operations Lead

As an SAP Operations Lead at STL Digital, you will play a crucial role in managing SAP functional and technical work streams. With your 10 plus years of experience, including at least 6 years in SAP and expertise in at least two SAP modules, you will be responsible for ensuring project planning, control, monitoring, and progress reporting to key stakeholders. Your industry background, preferably from the OIL and GAS sector, will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for the management of SAP functional and technical work streams. - Lead project planning, control, and monitoring, providing progress reports to function heads and key business stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT outsourced partners to ensure SLAs are met and support KPIs are achieved. - Engage with business stakeholders to contribute to business enablement initiatives. - Manage project risks and issues effectively. - Drive change management and continuously improve SAP program and project delivery. - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and business users involved in SAP programs and projects. - Support and coach team members throughout the program and project processes. - Oversee the activities of colleagues in different aspects of the program/project, including testing and training support. - Support wider Project Managers in maintaining quality gate processes to ensure project deliverables stay on track and within budget, meeting business goals effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years in SAP. - Expertise in at least two SAP modules. - Industry background preferably from the OIL and GAS sector. - Minimum 6 years of experience working with end-user companies. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
