Responsibilities: SAP System Administration: Perform comprehensive SAP Basis administration activities across various SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, CRM, SRM, etc.). Execute SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, and support pack implementations. Manage client administration, transport management system (TMS), and background job administration. SAP HANA Database Management: Administer and manage SAP HANA databases, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Monitor HANA database health, capacity, and security. Implement and manage HANA replication scenarios (e.g., System Replication, Storage Replication). Cloud Hyperscaler Integration: Leverage expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing SAP landscapes on major cloud hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Advise on cloud-specific SAP architecture, network configurations, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot issues related to SAP systems running on cloud infrastructure. Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery: Design, implement, and test SAP system backup and recovery procedures. Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies for SAP landscapes. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support for SAP Basis and HANA-related issues, including critical incident resolution. Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex problems.
