Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP testing (mandatory), ensuring thorough validation of SAP MM and SAP Retail business processes.
• Apply expertise in

  SAP MM

  and

  SAP Retail

  modules to design and execute end-to-end test strategies.
• Understand and implement various

  SDLC and testing life cycles

  to improve test efficiency and quality.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (preferred but not mandatory).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts to gather requirements and define test scenarios.
• Design, document, and implement software testing plans, strategies, and test cases covering all aspects of SAP functionality.
• Ensure that testing aligns with business processes and validate core SAP functionalities through structured test execution.
• Utilize test management tools to track and maintain test cases, defects, and reporting deliverables.
• Apply

  testing best practices, standards, methodologies, metrics, and defect life cycle

  to ensure consistent and high-quality testing.
• Mentor, train, and guide testing teams in best practices, methodologies, and efficient test execution.
• Manage effort tracking, test reporting, and KPIs to ensure productivity and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with automation teams by sharing functional knowledge, supporting script development, and remediation efforts.
• Continuously improve testing processes, promote learning within the team, and ensure timely delivery of testing artifacts.
• Prepare test reports, documentation, and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of
