SAP MM Project Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Project Manager at Thoucentric, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging strong functional expertise in SAP MM, excellent project management skills, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP MM module implementation and enhancement projects across various business units. - Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and post-go-live support. - Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and recommend SAP-based solutions. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Identify project risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules such as SD, WM, FI, and PP. - Supervise testing, training, data migration, and documentation processes. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and internal governance compliance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role. - Profound knowledge of SAP MM processes encompassing procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification. - Demonstrated experience in leading SAP implementation or rollout projects. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - Possession of PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification would be advantageous. - Experience in integrating with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and WM is desirable.
