SAP MM Delivery Lead

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP MM Delivery Lead at MOURI Tech, your primary responsibility will be to oversee SAP MM implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. You will lead the SAP MM stream across various projects, ensuring seamless integration, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects. - Drive integration and process alignment between SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle). - Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and support. - Lead S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions. - Provide expertise on S/4HANA Cloud, Fiori apps, and the latest MM innovations. - Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and compliance with internal and client processes. - Manage and mentor a team of consultants while coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend digital transformation initiatives within procurement. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of SAP MM experience, including at least two full-cycle implementations. - Strong hands-on skills in SAP MM configuration, P2P, inventory management, procurement contracts, release strategies, and invoice verification. - Functional or integration experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management). - Minimum 12 end-to-end S/4HANA projects (including Cloud edition preferred). - Prior experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations. - Solid understanding of procurement business processes and a mindset for digital innovation. - Exposure to Fiori apps, REST APIs, IDocs, and cloud integration scenarios is an advantage. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to lead discussions, drive deliverables, and take ownership of project outcomes.,
