Role Overview

SAP MM-WM/LE Consultant

As a key contributor in the ITES sector, you will lead and support end-to-end SAP implementations and enhancements, ensuring efficient warehouse execution, accurate inventory control, and seamless cross-module integration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex logistics transformations and make a measurable impact on business operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure

  LE-WM

  in

  SAP S/4HANA

  , including:
• Warehouse structures
  
• Storage types, sections, and bins
  
• Putaway and picking strategies
  
• Transfer orders and confirmations
  
• Implement and support

  MM-IM

  processes, including:
• Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
  
• Stock movements
  
• Inter-plant and intra-plant

  STOs

• Configure

  Physical Inventory

  , cycle counting, and

  special stock

  processes.
• Implement and support:
  

• Handling Unit Management (HUM)

• Batch Management

• Catch-Weight Management

• Support food industry-specific logistics processes such as:
  

• FEFO

• Traceability
  
• Expiry date and shelf-life management
  
• Ensure seamless integration with

  MM, SD, PP, and QM

  modules.
• Lead

  blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support

  activities.
• Provide production support and resolve complex logistics and inventory issues.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 69 years

  of overall SAP experience, with strong focus on

  MM-IM and LE-WM

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in

  LE-WM

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution and Inventory Management

  .
• Proven experience in:
  
• Warehouse configuration
  
• Storage structures
  
• Putaway/picking strategies
  
• Transfer Orders
  
• Hands-on experience with

  MIGO

  and legacy

  MB1x

  transactions.
• Strong knowledge of

  STOs

  (inter-plant & intra-plant).
• Experience in

  1–2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projects

  .
• Exposure to

  HUM, Batch Management, and Catch-Weight

  as key differentiators.
• Good understanding of

  IDoc configuration and monitoring

  .
• Basic

  ABAP debugging

  skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  SAP EWM

  and EWM-WM integration scenarios.
• Experience in

  Food & Beverage / Process Manufacturing

  industries.
• Knowledge of compliance, traceability, and shelf-life management processes.
