SAP Lead Consultant S/4HANA Procurement (Expert Level – L2)

Experience:

• 8 to 12 years

  of relevant experience in

  SAP Procurement

• Minimum

  8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and Central Procurement

• Strong exposure to

  SAP S/4HANA

  with excellent analytical skills

Technologies / Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA MM

• Central Procurement Hub with S/4HANA

• SAP Fiori Applications

• Integration with sourcing tools such as

  SAP Ariba, iValua, Coupa

  (good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Procurement:

• Lead

  SAP S/4HANA Procurement implementations, rollouts, and conversion projects

• Perform detailed

  business requirement analysis

  and propose optimal SAP solutions
• Configure and manage end-to-end

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  lifecycle, including:
• Direct and indirect procurement
  
• Vendor and Business Partner (BP) integration
  
• Inventory management and consumption-based planning
  
• Invoice processing and Logistic Invoice Verification
  
• Execute

  at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations

Configuration & Functional Expertise:

• Configure

  MM organizational structure

  , master data, and procurement processes
• Hands-on configuration of:
  
• Purchasing processes, RFQs, and outline agreements
  
• Pricing procedures and release strategies
  
• Special stocks and subcontracting
  
• Source determination and flexible workflows
  
• Work extensively on

  FIORI applications

  and key

  S/4HANA innovations

Central Procurement:

• Manage procurement activities across

  multiple SAP ERP systems

  using

  S/4HANA as a central hub

• Execute

  central requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, and contract management

• Utilize

  Guided Buying

  and

  Central Procurement Analytics

  for data-driven decisions
• Support

  strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle management

Integration & Analytics:

• Work on

  SAP and non-SAP system integrations

• Coordinate

  performance testing and test execution

• Design and analyze

  procurement analytics and reports

Stakeholder & Leadership:

• Act as a

  lead consultant

  with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Guide and mentor team members and support delivery governance
  
• Participate in

  SAP pre-sales activities

  including solution design and estimations

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with

  SAP Ariba

  ,

  , or

  Coupa

• SAP MM or S/4HANA

  certification

• Experience in

  strategic sourcing and contract management
