Job Description

You will be working as a Strategy and Consulting Retail SAP professional at Accenture, located in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, or Mumbai. Your primary skillset will focus on SAP S4 HANA Platforms Retail. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner. You must possess strong project management capabilities to independently run projects. Effective presentation and public speaking skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment that values continuous innovation. Collaboration with diverse teams in a global organization will be a key aspect of your role, requiring analytical skills to provide clarity on complex issues and derive data-driven insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as cross-cultural competence, are crucial for success in this dynamic environment. To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school, along with 7-11 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA MM/SD/PP/QM/eWM/IBP/IS-Retail. Your background should encompass working on SAP delivery engagements, including involvement in several large-scale transformation and implementation programs for global clients. You must have served as an end-to-end SAP Solution/Functional Architect for multiple Request for Proposal (RFP) requests, with a preference for experience in the retail vertical. Your track record should demonstrate success in client-facing roles across multiple engagements. In addition to your professional skills, you will be part of the Intelligent Functions team, contributing to Platforms-driven business design and assessment activities. Your role will involve providing solutions for complex client challenges within the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, demonstrating subject matter expertise and strategic awareness of the SAP market. As a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, you will support end-to-end RFP requests and engage with clients to understand their needs, define solutions, and develop implementation roadmaps. Your innovative solution designs will draw upon Accenture's service offerings, and you will collaborate with the sales teams in proposal generation and solution shaping for SAP transformations. Integration with various ERP solutions, including SAP, will be a key focus, requiring the creation of proof of concepts as needed. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP S4 HANA Platforms Retail, project management, and client engagement within a globally renowned organization like Accenture.,
