Job Role: SAP SuccessFactors Time Recording & Time Tracking (Leave Management) Lead

Location: Kolkata/Bangalore

Experience: 6-10 Years

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time Off implementation.
Deep understanding of Time Valuation, Absence Management, Accruals, and Work Schedules.
Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
Familiarity with SAP EC Integration, Payroll Interface, and Time Sheet Management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to have:

Integration with HRM
Technical knowledge
