Lead and scale HR operations for multi-location BPO workforce. Own the employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, payroll interface, benefits administration, leave management, etc. Drive consistent employee experience and SLA-based service delivery. Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.). Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
