Your Role:

Lead requirement gathering and solution design for SAP IS-U FICA implementations and enhancements.

Configure FICA components including dunning, payments, clearing, and account determination.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with billing and customer service modules.

Provide support for testing, training, and post-go-live activities.

Your Profile:

6 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS-U with specialization in FICA.

Strong understanding of utilities business processes and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience in dunning, payment processing, security deposits, and integration with FI/CA.

Proven success in SAP IS-U implementation, rollout, and support projects.
