Sap Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Integration Projects:

  Drive the planning, design, and execution of global SAP integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Integration Architecture:

  Define and manage the overall integration strategy and technical architecture for SAP and non-SAP systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

• Technical Design and Development:

  Oversee the development of integration solutions using technologies such as the SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management), SAP PI/PO, and ABAP.

• Team Leadership:

  Guide and mentor a team of integration developers and technical consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with business and IT teams to gather integration requirements, define data flow specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance and Governance:

  Enforce technical standards, define best practices for development, and oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) to ensure integration quality.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

  Provide expert technical guidance for complex issues and assist in resolving performance and production stability problems.

• Adherence to Standards:

  Ensure compliance with global architecture standards, data governance, and regulatory guidelines.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, technical designs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

  1015 years of experience in SAP integration with a proven track record in leadership roles for global implementation or transformation programs.

• Technical Expertise:

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP):

  Strong, hands-on experience in building and managing iFlows, API Management, Event Mesh, and other BTP services.

• SAP PI/PO:

  Expertise in legacy SAP integration middleware is highly desirable.

• Integration Patterns and Protocols:

  Deep knowledge of integration patterns and protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, and JDBC.

• SAP S/4HANA:

  Experience with S/4HANA-related integrations and familiarity with ABAP development (CDS Views, OData).

• Other Integrations:

  Experience with integrating SAP with other enterprise applications like Workday, Salesforce, Ariba, or Concur is a plus.
