SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Experience Requirements

  • Total Experience: 5–6 years
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years
  • Band Eligibility: Based strictly on relevant experience (no consideration for lower experience at higher band)

Mandatory Skills

  • SAP HR Compensation & Payroll

Good to Have (Optional)

  • SAP Personnel Administration (PA)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and configure SAP HR modules with primary focus on Payroll, Compensation, and Personnel Administration
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including:
    • Payroll schema changes
    • PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) enhancements
    • Payroll cycle execution and support
  • Manage Compensation processes such as:
    • Salary planning
    • Merit increases
    • Bonus administration
    • Compensation cycles
  • Work extensively with:
    • Wage types
    • PCRs and schemas
    • Payroll rules and payroll driver processes
