Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support ABAP programs in the HR module.
Work on PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management related objects and custom developments.
Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Provide technical support for HR-related processes and integrations.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
Debug, test, and optimize existing code for performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP, with at least 2+ years in HR module developments.
Strong experience in HR-ABAP objects, payroll functions, time schemas, and related info types.
Expertise in Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
Good knowledge of data migration and integration with other modules.
Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Excellent communication skills (mandatory).

Additional Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred.
Must be available to work from Hyderabad office (regular mode).
