SAP HANA Support Engineer - E2E Implementation

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities User Support & Issue Resolution. Troubleshoot and debug configuration or code-level problems. Generate and maintain reports for business users. Collaborate with external SAP support partners for escalated issues. Identify and suggest process improvements in SAP workflows. Maintain documentation and assist with user training. Stay updated on SAP HANA developments. Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 24 years in SAP HANA support, ideally in manufacturing. Technical Skills Knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and reporting tools (Fiori, BI, Crystal Reports). Ability to write basic SQL queries and reports. Familiarity with SAP modules like MM, SD, or PP is a plus. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Mindset for process improvement and system optimization. Preferred : SAP certification and knowledge of cattle feed or similar industries. Communication Skills Additional Preferred Skills : SAP certification (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.) Familiarity with integration of SAP systems with other enterprise solutions. Knowledge of the cattle feed manufacturing process or similar industries. Prior experience working with SAP support partners or third-party vendors.
