Job Description

Job Summary:

SAP Procurement - S/4 Hana and Ariba

Must-Have Skillsets (Mandatory):

  • Proficiency in SAP ECC S/4 HANA Material Management and SAP Ariba.
  • Experience in designing and developing solutions for end-to-end business processes aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, including document traffic monitoring (idocs XML) and traffic from payment channels.
  • Expertise in managing SRM user accounts, organizational structures, and external vendor support.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting L3-level tickets, incidents, and service requests in line with ITSM standards (ISO 20000).
  • Ability to design new solutions for supplier collaboration using SAP Fiori and Webdynpro platforms.
  • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Activate Methodology, and Solution Manager.
  • SAP Certified in MM and Ariba.

Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):

  • Experience with public tendering processes and executive tendering committee support.
  • Knowledge of Master Data objects and cutover approaches.
  • Exposure to scripting and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with application upgrades, maintenance, and downtime activities.
  • Experience with supporting external IT vendors for project execution.

Qualifications Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP procurement solutions.
  • Proven expertise in addressing IT and operational needs through innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
