SAP GRC Senior Consultant

The SAP GRC Senior Consultant position based in Pune is a full-time role that requires a minimum of eight years of end-to-end SAP GRC experience. As an SAP GRC Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include working directly with project teams to provide SAP GRC design, implementation, administration, and support. You will be tasked with analyzing business requirements, reviewing existing systems, defining solutions, and translating them into detailed programming designs. Collaboration with clients and teams to deliver solutions and improve the quality of deliverables will be a key aspect of the role. Key requirements for the position include expertise in SAP GRC with at least three full-lifecycle implementation projects, hands-on configuration and customization of Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Access Request Management (ARQ). A strong understanding of identifying risks associated with segregation of duties (SoD) is essential, along with hands-on S/4 HANA experience. Additionally, knowledge of risk and compliance, including regulatory frameworks like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS as they apply to SAP systems, is required. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security control best practices, along with team-lead experience and familiarity with project methodologies like Activate and Agile. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial as Senior Consultants may be involved in various aspects ranging from design to hands-on configuration. The role also entails supporting both project-based work and application-managed services (AMS) while being able to work in a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office. Candidates should hold a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations, and a client services orientation are highly valued qualities for this position.
