Strong understanding of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, Integration.
Expertise in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
P&L ownership and experience driving revenue growth.
Certifications like SAP Activate, PMP, SAFe are a plus.
Drive industrialization initiatives: standardization, automation, and platformization of delivery processes.
Build niche SAP skill capabilities and foster innovation.
Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks.
Monitor KPIs: SLA adherence, defect leakage, velocity, and profitability.
Strong background in SAP.
Ability to drive programs On time, On Budget and On Quality
Must have delivered one S/4 Greenfield or Global Roll Out.
