As an SAP S/4HANA Retail Consultant, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather retail business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and implementing various SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities such as Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, Listing, Sales channels, Delivery Fulfillment, POS integration, Inventory Management, and Replenishment. Your expertise in SAP solutions will be instrumental in conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure business alignment and usability. You will also be responsible for managing and configuring SAP Retail Master Data, ensuring proper assortment planning and listing control for effective merchandising and store operations. Defining and maintaining pricing structures, markdowns, and promotional strategies using SAP Retail Pricing will be part of your daily tasks to ensure consistent pricing and discount structures across omni-channel platforms. Your role will involve designing and optimizing Point-of-Sale (POS) integration with SAP S/4HANA for real-time sales data processing and POS Master data Outbound processing. Working on SAP Retail Inventory Management to optimize stock levels and supporting SAP Replenishment processes for efficient stock distribution across retail stores will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. In addition, you will integrate SAP S/4HANA with E-Commerce platforms, digital sales channels, and collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance procurement efficiency. Your expertise in SAP BI & Fiori Apps will be utilized to provide insights into sales trends, stock movements, and profitability, enabling you to analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvements. You will conduct training sessions to educate end-users on SAP Retail functionalities and best practices, providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP Retail processes. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering and have a minimum of 7+ years of experience as an SAP Retail Consultant. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities, POS integration, and hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations will be highly valued. Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail, including OMNI Sales processes, Inventory Management, SAP FIORI, Replenishment Planning, and Store Operations, is essential for this role.
