SAP Fiori Portal Senior Product Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Portal Senior Product Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear Fiori application specifications. This role requires strong expertise in configuring and supporting SAP Fiori Launchpad and Portal roles, collaborating closely with SAP developers to deliver UX enhancements, and ensuring optimal performance. You will also be instrumental in troubleshooting Fiori/UI5 app issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed SAP Fiori application specifications and functional designs. Configure and provide expert support for SAP Fiori Launchpad and Portal roles, ensuring proper access and user experience. Collaborate closely with SAP developers to design, develop, and deliver UX enhancements and drive performance improvements for Fiori applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with SAP UI5/Fiori apps, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Work extensively with SAP Gateway and OData Services for seamless back-end integration of Fiori applications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical developers, and Basis teams, to ensure smooth project delivery from conception to go-live. Document solutions thoroughly, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Provide comprehensive end-user training as needed to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Fiori applications. Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori developments, UI5 frameworks, and SAP's overall UX strategy. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Fiori application specifications. Strong expertise in configuring and supporting SAP Fiori Launchpad and Portal roles. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with SAP developers to deliver UX enhancements and performance improvements. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP UI5/Fiori apps. Experience working with SAP Gateway, OData Services, and back-end integration. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams for project delivery. Experience in documenting solutions and providing end-user training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
