SAP Finance Delivery Practice Director

Role Overview: As the SAP Finance Delivery Practice Director at invenioLSI, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the delivery practice, managing a team of consultants, and providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying SAP solutions to client business challenges. You will work closely with Solution Architects in pre-sales solutions, develop methodologies for implementation and delivery, and showcase the value of technology applications to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Finance Practice within the organization, managing a team of delivery consultants on projects and bench. - Serve in a billable role on engagements as needed. - Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying solutions in your area of expertise to client business challenges. - Facilitate design sessions, create functional requirements, configure systems to meet client business requirements, and conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users. - Build positive and productive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify new business opportunities. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning/messaging, business value and justification, and compelling/closing techniques. - Estimate resources needed to meet customer requirements and provide SAP solutions to complex customer business problems. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP Public Sector Finance, Split General Ledger, Funds Management and/or Grants Management. - Experience in at least four full life-cycle implementation projects from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live. - Knowledge of S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, and S/4HANA migration preferred. - Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology, integration between modules, Cloud implementation, and integration concepts. - Ability to interpret customer requirements into SAP functionality, identify fit/gap, and provide technical solutions for gaps. - Strong consulting skills with a team approach, problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, effective communication, and collaboration at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related fields. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) desired. Training in SAP Activate, certification preferred. Note: This job may involve up to 25% travel.,
