Sap Finance Control Consultant

As an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3+ years of experience in SAP ECC FICO module, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) to align with industry best practices and real estate business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and then translate them into SAP functional designs and technical specifications. - Perform system configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO enhancements, including integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO capabilities such as financial reporting, cost controlling, asset management, and lease accounting. - Support end users by providing training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP FICO modules. - Lead and participate in SAP FICO system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. - Conduct regular audits of SAP FICO processes and configurations to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with IT and finance teams on data migration activities and ensure successful integration with existing systems. - Stay updated with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices related to SAP FICO and real estate management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, particularly with ECC 6.0 EHP 7. - Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, preferably within the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of real estate financial processes, including lease accounting, property management, and project accounting. - Experience with SAP ECC6 EHP7 Finance is preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels. - SAP certification in FICO module would be a plus.,
