SAP FICO

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP FICO experience (ECC/S4 HANA).
  
• At least 2 End-to-End Implementations (one in ECC and one in S/4 HANA).
  
• Hands-on SAP configuration & integration with FI-CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, HR.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, GST, TDS, VAT, APP, EBRS, Foreign Currency, Cost/Profit Centre Accounting, Business Partner, Currencies & ML setup.
  
• Knowledge of Treasury, Funds Management, RICEF objects, GRC (added advantage).
  
• Work on reports, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, Substitution & Validations.
  
• Collaborate with business teams, handle client queries, and support user requirements.
  
• End-user training, support, and documentation throughout project lifecycle.
  
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager (transport management).
  
• Handle FICO support calls within SLA & mentor junior team members.
  

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of FICO modules & business process mapping.
  
• Expertise in ECC & S/4 HANA configurations & integrations.
  
• Ability to handle FICO requirements independently (Customization, FS, Compliance).
