SAP FICO Lead

You will be supporting the BE Lead in implementing, monitoring, and documenting the status of various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub unit. As an Engineer with 2-6 years of experience, you should have a good understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. Your key accountabilities will include defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function for the BU or sub unit, conducting studies across the planning/delivery team to identify improvement opportunities, documenting all excellence activities, planning and executing on-ground process audits, and adhering to Sterlite's values while practicing continual improvement.
