We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), specifically within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive financial processes, controlling structures, and integration with logistics modules. Clear and fluent English communication is essential for collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects in the automotive sector•    Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions that align with industry standards and client expectations•    Configure key SAP FI components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO components (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.)•    Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and PP modules for end-to-end business process coverage•    Support financial closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes•    Assist in data migration, testing, training, and documentation•    Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:
•    10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including at least 5 years in the automotive domain•    Strong understanding of automotive financial processes, cost structures, and reporting requirements•    Experience in product costing, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and intercompany transactions•    Proficient in integration scenarios with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP•    Knowledge of taxation, legal reporting, and compliance in global environments•    Fluent English communication skills with no mother tongue influence ability to clearly articulate business and technical concepts to global stakeholders•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities•    Experience working in multi-country, multi-currency implementationsPreferred Qualifications:•    SAP FICO Certification•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.)•    Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., VDA, IFRS, IATF 16949)•    Prior experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
