Background:

SAP Professional with 5-10 years strong experience in the area of SAP FICO module, with hands on implementation experience in any major organization/industry. Strong exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is required. He/She should be self-driven, confident and have ability to engage with Finance teams and its group entities.

Team management, good communication and good interpersonal effectiveness are essential skillsets. He/She will manage stakeholders across IT landscape such as End user groups, vendors, technology infrastructure, IT support, IT compliance teams.

Experience in Finance and Accounting domain is highly desirable.

SAP Certification is a plus.

Principal Responsibilities & Skills:

Handling SAP FICO module in terms of enhancements, support and continuous improvement, covering below important areas.

1. Organization Structures, Company Code configuration and various SPRO settings.

2. General Ledger Accounting, including New GL, Setup of Parallel and Extension Ledgers

3. Fixed Assets Accounting

4. Accounts Payable

5. Accounts Receivable

6. Controlling (CO)

7. SAP FI-MM Integration

8. Custom integrations & developments.

• Ability to understand the business processes and analyze suitable IT solutions for optimizing the business process. Good acumen to design and build controls.
• Excellent communication and written skills is a must.
• Methodical, task oriented and well organized.
• Evolve, manage and implement various procedures for effective management of the applications.
• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value
• Responsible to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions.
• Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
• Process-oriented, attention to detail and follow-through. Flexibility to perform in an evolving work environment.
