Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 12 years of strong domain and implementation experience. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Experience in S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Internal Order, Profit Center, and Product Costing.
Conduct workshops, design functional specifications, and work closely with the technical team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline finance and controlling processes.
Handle integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Manage data migration activities and coordinate with data teams for mapping and transformation.
Provide support for month-end/year-end closing activities.
Deliver user training and create documentation.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Proficient in configuring and customizing FICO modules.
Experience in S/4HANA environment is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
Professional certification in SAP FICO is desirable
