1. Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) module implementations, ensuring comprehensive
alignment with client business requirements and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Analyze, design, and configure SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling, to optimize financial operations for clients.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements, document business processes, and provide
expert recommendations for process enhancements and automation.
4. Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, including scoping, blueprinting, realization, testing,
deployment, and hypercare support, while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Design and develop RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects in
coordination with technical teams, ensuring seamless integration within the SAP landscape.
6. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure end users are proficient in SAP
FICO functionalities and process changes.
7. Provide expert post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and applying best-in-class problem-solving techniques
for process improvements and user adoption.
8. Maintain effective client-facing consulting by communicating progress, managing expectations, and building
strong professional relationships to facilitate successful project delivery.
The candidate must have a clear track record of managing project deliverables, conducting user workshops, performing system testing, and ensuring successful change management across various project stages. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project documentation is a plus.
The role requires proficiency in defining functional specifications, working with technical teams on development, and validating the quality of custom reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Candidates should be comfortable in providing detailed documentation and ensuring all RICEFW components are aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
