Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP BASIS professional with 5 to 22 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in Suite on HANA implementation, support, and performance tuning.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP applications.
Develop and implement system administration procedures to ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
Strong knowledge of SAP protocols/standards, including EDI, CPI-C, BDC, RFC, ALE, OLE, BAPI, and Archive link.
Experience with NetWeaver system administration and SAP tools, including Solution Manager.
Familiarity with SQL Server environments, including database tuning and troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
