Desired Experience Range : 6 - 12 years

Required Technical Skill Set :

Must-Have :

1. 5+ years in SAP FICO and 3+ years of SAP RAR (Revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or FICA. 2. One full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience. 3. Detailed understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, FICA process and Revenue Recognition process 4. Knowledge on BRF+ is desired 5. Experience in solution design and customization of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO.

Good-to-Have :

• • 1. Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices
• 2. Understanding of IFRS15
• 3. Prior experience in hitech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts
• 4. Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation
• 5. Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred.
• 6. Candidates with Masters in Finance/ CA /ICWA/ CPA equivalent preferred

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1 Work in a highly integrated, cross-functional environment, leading and supporting various projects

2 Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, and make recommendations for Retail based applications.

3 Work closely with internal IT, Business and cross functional teams in a multi vendor environment

4 Work closely with key business users in developing detailed requirements and coming up with conceptual design of proposed solutions.

5 Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projects
