Job Description

Job Title: SAP FI-VIM Consultant

Experience:

Location:

Joining:

SAP FI-VIM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
configuration and support.
Handle integration between
SAP FI and OpenText VIM
.
Work on
invoice workflow configuration, approval process, and document management.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Work closely with
technical teams
for customizations and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Minimum
8 years of SAP FI experience
including
3+ years in VIM module
.
Hands-on experience in
SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment
.
Expertise in
Accounts Payable (AP)
,
Invoice Processing
, and
Document Flow
.
Strong understanding of
VIM workflow
, exception handling, and business rules framework.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to
OpenText Archive Center / Document Access
.
Experience in
VIM Upgrades or Migration to S/4HANA
.
Knowledge of
OCR tools
and integration with VIM.
