Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage
Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Goods Receipt & Goods Return (GR/GRN)
.
Handle
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
processes in SAP.
Prepare and issue
Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices
.
Perform
Bank entries, reconciliations, and financial postings
in SAP.
Monitor
inventory, stock transfers, and material movements
.
Ensure
timely and accurate data entry
in SAP modules.
Generate and analyze
MIS and financial reports
from SAP.
Support internal teams in
resolving SAP-related issues
.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for SAP-related documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
.
13 years of hands-on experience
with SAP B1.
Strong knowledge of
AP, AR, Inventory, and Finance modules
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and other reporting tools
.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in
SAP B1.
Prior experience in
manufacturing, trading, or service industry
.
