SAP Warehouse Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

SAP WM / EWM Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end SAP WM/EWM configuration including enterprise structure, storage types, warehouse processes, and strategies.
• Implement inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, physical inventory, and replenishment strategies.
• Configure integration between WM/EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and QM.
• Design warehouse process flows aligned with pharma/healthcare compliance requirements.

Project & Support Activities

• Drive S/4HANA implementation, rollouts, and post-go-live support.
• Handle RCA (Root Cause Analysis), troubleshooting, and incident resolution within SLAs.
• Create Functional Specifications (FS) and work closely with ABAP for WRICEF developments.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare training documents and SOPs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and 3PL vendors.
• Conduct business workshops with process owners to capture requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Participate in change control processes and ensure process documentation is up to date.

Compliance & Pharmaceutical Standards

• Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA compliance, and audit requirements in system processes.
• Work on serialization, batch management, FEFO/expiry management, and cold chain logistics handling.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum

  5+ years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM

  experience
• Strong experience with

  SAP S/4HANA

  Implementation and AMS support
• Expertise in:
• Inbound & Outbound logistics
• Internal warehouse processes (put-away, picking, packing, loading)
• Handling Unit Management (HUM)
• RF / Barcode scanning integration
• Batch and serial number management (mandatory for Pharma)
• Physical inventory management
• Yard and labor management (added advantage)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of SAP WM / EWM consulting experience
• Experience with

  global implementation projects
