Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in 3PL integration to support and implement end-to-end solutions in warehouse management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces and custom developments for seamless communication between SAP EWM and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support custom solutions in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Design and implement interfaces with 3PL providers using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, or middleware like PI/PO, CPI.

Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand warehouse process flows and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure and enhance EWM technical components including RF screens, PPF, and warehouse monitor.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure best development practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation (FS, TS, etc.).

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live/post-go-live activities.

Work closely with 3PL teams to handle issue resolution and process improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of SAP development experience with 2+ years in SAP EWM technical roles.

Proven experience in 3PL integration projects – hands-on with IDoc/ALE, XML, SOAP, REST APIs, or middleware (SAP PI/PO, CPI).

Strong understanding of EWM objects, structures, and enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements).

Familiar with RF framework, PPF actions, and Warehouse Monitor Enhancements.

Knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, putaway, picking, staging, and loading.

Experience with S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, team player, and able to work independently.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
